Elric's Churros is owned and operated by Elizabeth Hunt, who is herself gluten-intolerant. Our churros are always free from 7 of the top 9 allergens and can be made Egg-free and Butter (dairy)-Free upon request.

All of our churros also undergo rigorous taste-testing by Elizabeth's significant other, who spent his formative years living in Mexico with his grandparents and is a stickler for "the real deal".

Elric is a corgi-cattledog mix who is proud to be the mascot of Elric's Churros and very disappointed he doesn't get any.
